Exhibiting enterprises analysis report of China Yiwu International Commodity Fair 2005

Has more than 1700 attending enterprises and 3000 international standard booths, occupied an area of 80,000 square meters. In main exhibition hall set up 7 main exhibition halls: International trade city, Huangyuan market, Binwang market, Textile market, Electrical appliance market, Import & export exhibition center, Glasses market, Communication market, Cosmetics market and 12 professional streets.

Firstly, The proportion of industries

In this fair, besides the proportion of daily necessities had larger decline compare with the previous one, other industries were not so evident (Note: daily necessities was a general term, with non-profession mightily), it showed that the sub-category of exhibiting products was more suitable for the purchase convention for international buyers, and perfectly expressed the technicality for the composite exhibition.

Secondly, select the first-class enterprises and lead into the fair

In the fair, enterprises registration ran unparalleled high; more than 2000 new and old clients had registered, with 3465 reservation booths, contradiction between supply and demand was very conspicuous in the booth, in which the first attending enterprises made up 40%, was largest in history.

Ensure the fair grade, according to the strict registration condition to select the first-class enterprises, then leas into the exhibition. In terms of statistics, there were 70% attending enterprises owns import-export rights, and above 30% well-know enterprises and famous brand products.

Compared with the previous fair, the proportion of overseas merchant and provincial exhibitors made up 4.8 percentage points and 7.4 percentage points respectively. Further optimized exhibition structure, made a good preparation for achieving overseas enterprises and brand enterprises as the main exhibitors.

Fourthly, Survey questionnaire on the degree of satisfaction from 16 aspects of attending enterprises, the results as followings:

From the results, it expressed that there were many shortage of service for enterprises, such as local traffic, food and beverage service, exhibition tools and exhibition results, all which should be further perfected.
